How Evianads handles your information.
This page explains what's collected when you use this website, and how it's used. It's written in plain language on purpose.
Contact forms
When you submit the contact form (or a service-page consultation request), the information you enter — name, email, phone, business name, website, the service you're interested in, and your message — is used only to respond to your enquiry: to identify what you're asking about, reply with next steps, and follow up if you don't hear back. It is not added to a marketing list, newsletter, or drip sequence, and it is not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Where inquiries are stored
Submitted inquiries are stored as a contact record in Evianads' CRM (HubSpot), which is used to keep track of conversations, respond promptly, and avoid duplicate follow-up on the same enquiry. If the CRM is temporarily unavailable, your message is instead delivered directly by email so it is never lost — the handling is the same either way: it's used to reply to you, and nothing else.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand overall traffic patterns — which pages are visited, roughly how people found the site, and which pages lead to an enquiry. This is aggregate usage data used to improve the site; it is not used to identify you personally.
Marketing attribution
If you arrive at this site through a specific link — for example a Google Ads campaign or an email outreach campaign — the page you land on, the campaign details in the link (its UTM parameters), and the referring page are recorded alongside your enquiry if you submit the contact form. This is used only to understand which channels and campaigns are generating enquiries, and to give your enquiry the right context when Evianads follows up (for example, knowing which service prompted you to reach out).
Cookies and tracking scripts
The site loads a HubSpot tracking script and Google Analytics, both of which can set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser to support the analytics and attribution described above. Depending on where you're visiting from, local law may require additional cookie consent or disclosure beyond what's described on this page — if that applies to you, treat this section as a starting point rather than a complete answer, and reach out with questions.
Email communication
Submitting the contact form triggers one automatic confirmation email acknowledging receipt, and you should expect a personal reply from Evianads afterward. You will not be enrolled in an ongoing email sequence as a result of a consultation request.
